How To Get Into The Top 5% of all Job Applicants

With the very bad job market and so many people applying for jobs, it is safe to say that you have to be in the top 5% of all job applicants in order to have a chance of getting the job. This can only be done by 2 ways.
1) Be the sharpest applicant in dress, grooming, looks, and experience.
2) Be one of the few who knows how to get into the top 5% even if they do not have the most experience.

On our website www.YoureHiredHowToGetAJob.com we have a free resume that tells your future employer what you can do for them and why. After you have taken the course and personality test, you will know what your strengths and weaknesses are and how to use them. Therefore, by simply telling your future employer what your gifts are and how they will benefit them, you can get the right job that is right for you. In addition to this, you will get a job in your field of interest and something your are gifted to do.

For example, if you are a female with an outgoing personality and the only job opening is a desk job, you will probably fail at this job because you cannot sit still or quit talking long enough to do the tedious work. Then to, our temperament test will show that you are not gifted for this kind of a job. Instead you could be gifted for a receptionist, event planner, and/or sales position where you can use your outgoing personality and usually make more money.

This is what you will have on your resume, application, and use to your advantage in your interview. This is because you are one of the few who know who you are and what you can do best of all. In addition to this, you will know what you cannot do which will keep you from getting the job fron Hell!

In closing for today, if John F. Kennedy were still alive today, his Blog would probably say:
"Ask not what your employer can do for you, but rather tell what you can do for your employer!"
